The bus stop Waldhaus is located in Meerwiesertalweg, at the exit of Saarbrücken in the direction of Dudweiler. For students studying at campus Rotenbühl, especially for those living in the Waldhausweg student accomodation, this bus stop is an excellent way to get to all important points in the city and beyond.
Lines 101, 102, 109, 111, 112, 124, 136 and 150 leave from the bus stop Waldhaus. With these lines you can easily reach the neighboring towns of Dudweiler and Sulzbach. There are also connections to all higher education institutions of Saarland University, as well as the campus Rotenbühl and the campus Alt-Saarbrücken of the htw saar. The main and eastern train stations, the St. Arnual hospital and various points in downtown Saarbrücken, such as the centrally located City Hall or Rabbi Rülf Square, are also easy to reach.
Please note that lines 111 and 112 only operate on lecture days and not during the semester breaks. The exact timetables can be found on the notice boards on site or online here.
Due to the high and partly narrow curbs, the Waldhaus stop is not barrier-free.
