Location
The Ilseplatz bus stop is located at the upper end of Ilseplatz on both sides of the street. Behind one, a path leads to the courtyard of the htw saar, to Prinzenweiher and Meerwiesertalweg. To the left of the stop is a parking lot and the entrance to the Gymnasium am Rotembühl. In the other direction you come to the entrance of the htw saar and to the Waldhausweg. At Ilseplatz there are some stores, as well as a restaurant, an ice cream shop and a bakery.

Connections and timetable
Both stops are served by bus lines 102, 109, 111, 136 and 150. These run regularly between 5 a.m. and midnight. More information about the timetable and ticket prices can be found here at SaarVV or at the bus stops.
In front of the htw saar, buses travel in the direction of the city center, St. Arnual, Alt-Saarbrücken and Goldene Bremm. The other direction of travel includes stops at Saarland University, as well as Dudweiler. Other connections are within walking distance at Ilsestraße or Prinzenweiher.

Comfortable use
The bus stops are mostly barrier-free, but not easily accessible for everyone due to partly high curbs. The buses themselves are lowered for boarding and have fold-out ramps.
In addition, please note that at peak times (start and end of lectures at the htw saar, the Gymnasium and the university) some buses are overcrowded to the point of being inaccessible. Depending on the time of day, it is possible to switch to other nearby bus stops.
