Bus stop Betriebshof

The Betriebshof bus stop is located in the Alt-Saarbrücken district in Heuduckstraße. Bus lines 101, 103, 104, 112, 124, 126, 129 and 151 stop at the Betriebshof bus stop. Lines 101 and 124 run every 20 minutes during the week to the Prinzenweiher/DJH bus stop, from which it is then about a 5-minute walk to the Business Sciences campus. Near the stop is the SaarVV depot, a gas station and the HTW campus Alt-Saarbrücken. This stop is suitable for people with limited mobility to get on, off and change trains.
Furthermore, the fairgrounds, the German-French Garden and the adventure pool Calypso are located nearby. All these destinations can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, but you also have the possibility to reach these destinations within 5 minutes by bus line 126, which goes in the direction of Habsterdick, Goldene Bremm or Messegelände, every 30 minutes during the week or every 40 minutes on weekends. You have to get on at the bus stop out of town.
Depending on which stop you are at, the following facilities can be reached in 5 to 15 minutes. These are the Saarland Chamber of Crafts, the Berufsförderungswerk (BFW) and the Alt-Saarbrücken Volunteer Fire Department.

You can also take care of your physical well-being with a visit to Café Lolo, this is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 07:00 to 18:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 18:00, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center stop. There you can find everything your heart desires, from cakes and pies to chocolates. If you still need things of daily use, you can find them in the Edeka, this is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00, which is also located in the Heuduckstraße.
The Malstatter bridge, which is also located nearby, can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. If you come from the direction of Heuduckstraße, you will find the access road to the BAB 620 in the direction of Luxembourg on the left side shortly before the bridge.
