The bus stop of the Landessportschule is located in Meerwiesertalweg in Dudweiler between Saarland University and the Wildpark. The bus stop in the direction of Saarbrücken is equipped with a bus shelter, so that the bus stop can also be used with bad weather conditions.

The stop in the opposite direction, however, does not have a bus shelter, here you have to wait in the open street. The stops in both directions are barrier-free and accessible without problems even with a wheelchair.

Also in the immediate vicinity is a pedestrian traffic light, which allows the safe crossing of the road. There are also two parking facilities in the immediate vicinity, one is the parking garage of Saarland University and the other is the parking lot of the Wildpark. Here it would be possible to park one’s car and change to public transport. The University of the Saarland, the Hermann-Neuberger Sports School, the Wildpark and the Rothenbühl Campus of the HTW-Saar can be reached on foot within a few minutes from the stop. Footpaths and cycle paths are very well developed at this point, so that you can get around safely as a pedestrian or cyclist despite the busy road.
