The HTW/SWS stop is located on Heuduckstraße directly at the intersection with Werdestraße. It owes its name to its proximity to the HTW Campus Alt-Saarbrücken, as well as the Saarbrücken public utility company (SWS), which is located on the street parallel to Heuduckstraße. With nine city buses (lines 101, 103, 104, 109, 112, 121, 124, 126, 129), as well as eleven school buses (801, 802, 803, 810, 811, 815, 816, 126, 835, 847), it is a much frequented bus station, especially by students from the nearby HTW.
It is an open bus stop in the Alt-Saarbrücken district, which is served by buses on weekdays from 5 a.m. until shortly after midnight, and on Sundays and public holidays from 7 a.m. until midnight. More detailed information on the timetables of the individual lines can be found on information boards on site or online here.
In terms of local conditions, the pavement at the station is wide, but it is not a barrier-free bus stop because the curbs are not sloped and there is no guidance system for the blind.
