The Dudweiler Markt stop is located in the heart of the Saarbrücken district of Dudweiler on Theodor-Storm-Strasse. The stop owes its name to its location on Dudweiler Marktplatz.
Connections and Shedule
Both stops are served by bus lines 101, 102, 133, 136, 138 and 160, as well as school bus lines 811 and 819. These run regularly between 5 a.m. and midnight, and on Sundays and public holidays from 7 a.m. until midnight. From this stop, the connection is very good, especially to Saarland University, but you can also get to the htw saar at the Rotenbühl campus or even to the city center with lines 101 and 102. If you want to get to the UdS or the HTW, the stop is very well connected, but if you want to get to the city center, some lines that leave from the nearby Dudweiler Dudoplatz stop are faster.
Important: The express bus of line 163 to Saarland University does not stop at the market, but only at Dudoplatz or at the Bürgerhaus.
