The dormitory at Sulzbachstraße 53 is one of the many dormitories of the SBT Immobilien Gruppe. Sulzbachstraße 53 is centrally located in the popular St. Johann district. Within only ten minutes walking distance you can reach the city center, which offers a large number of possibilities for shopping or eating. A supermarket and other stores for daily needs are already within five minutes walking distance. In addition, the pub district „Nauwieserviertel“ is in the immediate vicinity, the rest of the clubs and bars are also within reach.

Transport links
The dormitory is located in the immediate vicinity of Dudweilerstraße, in about one minute you can reach the bus stop Brauerstr/ Fernbusbahnhof. From there, buses leave regularly in the direction of the HTW or the university. The long-distance bus station or the main train station is also close to the apartments with about only a ten minute walk, from there there are good connections to more distant destinations. In addition, the Saarbahn stop Johanneskirche is only a few minutes away, both on foot and by bus, from where there are regular trips to France or Lebach.
Costs and Information
As already mentioned, there are two types of apartments at SBT Real Estate Group. On the one hand there are 1-room apartments with a living area of 17-35m2 and on the other hand the 2-room apartments with an area of 36-47m2. The service charges range from 105 EUR to about 190 EUR depending on the consumption and the number of residents. The deposit in both cases is the price of three months cold rent.
As an addition, it is possible to rent an underground parking space, the cost of which is about 60 EUR per month. Alternatively, there is the possibility to park one in front of the house. For this, a parking permit must be applied for at the Bürgeramt Saarbrücken, which is also within walking distance. The cost of a parking permit can be compared roughly with the underground parking space.

Glass and paper containers are located in the parking lot directly in front of the dormitory, so you don’t have to travel far to dispose of your trash.
In addition, there is a DHL packing station directly behind the parking lot that can be seen in the video, from there you can easily return or pick up packages without having to visit a post office.
