Useful information
There is a parking lot in front of the building with ample parking space. In addition, you can enter the building barrier-free and each floor can be reached via an elevator. The garbage cans are right in front of the house.
Position
The residential community at Tilsiter Straße 9 is located in the Eschberg residential area. The grocery store „Netto“ can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. There are also several parks on the Eschberg for recreation, as well as a dentist. The Saarbrücken Zoo is also nearby. By car you can reach the University of Saarland in less than 15 minutes and the Htw at the Rotenbühl in about 10 minutes. Both destinations can also be reached on foot or by bicycle. However, you should allow for a little more time. On foot you need to the Htw, as well as to the university, about 45 minutes. By bicycle it takes about half as long, namely 20 minutes to the university and about 15 minutes to the Htw at the Rotenbühl.
Connection
The number 107 bus runs every 30 minutes and takes about 10 minutes to Ilseplatz. Here you come directly to the Htw campus at Rotenbühl. From there you can also take bus line 109 directly to the university. From the bus stop which is only a few meters from your apartment, there are also bus lines 105 and 139, with which you can easily travel to the city and the main train station, as well as to the Saarbasar, where you will find further grocery stores, as well as clothing and electronics shops.
